17001 Prayer for Our Nations' Leaders to Have a Revelation of God's Love for Them

FAITH BUILDER VERSE:

Matthew 21:21-22

21 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done. 22 And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING 

Thanking God for all of his blessings:  Remembering his Salvation and his provision for his people.

PRAYER FOCUS:   That our Nation’s leaders would have a revelation of God’s love

INTRODUCTION:  

Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.

We are commanded by scripture to pray for those in authority.  By praying for their salvation, when they turn from wickedness to the Lord, he will change their hearts and God’s wisdom for leading our nations can come into play.  While it is true, that we will not see this globally until Jesus returns and reigns, it does not mean that our particular nation’s leaders cannot be saved and transformed by the Lord Jesus Christ

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 2:4

4 Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?

 

PRAYER FOR THE LOST

North Korea

Population: slightly over 25.25 million people

Overt religion non existent.  Impossible to say how many are believers and how many are lost, but since there has been very little ability to proclaim the Gospel, the total number of believers is probably very small.

Prayfor God to break through in North Korea that the Gospel would be preached and people would trun to the Lord Jesus Christ and there will be a breaking through of the Kingdom of God in that nation.
